Returns

We do not accept returns.

We do our very best to give as much information as we can with regard to sizing and vintage flaws. If for some reason our item description failed to mention a huge stain or hole, we will accept returns - that's on us! But for the most part you can expect vintage items to have minor flaws. Please look at the description and all photos. 

If you are unsure how an item will fit, please see our Sizing Guide page. 

Please also reach out if you'd like us to send you photos of an item on someone who is closer in height/build/gender to you or the intended recipient! I've had my 6'8 friend model jackets for NBA players and my 4'11 friend model clothing for children.

 

Exchanges

If you receive an item and do not love it, we will accept your item back and provide store credit.

In order to receive store credit, you must:

• Reach out via email (info@radmaxvintage.com) within 14 days of receipt of the item
  
• We will send you a return label within 12 hours
• You must have the item in the mail (in the USPS tracking system) within 30 days OF ORIGINAL RECEIPT of purchased item
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in
• Customer will pay return shipping + a small restocking fee (5% of original price)
• Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive your gift card to the website via email!
